Setting up all employees on the system
Registering all employees for Income Tax (if not already registered)
Setting up a SARS e-filing profile for your company (if not already registered
Applying for a PAYE / UIF reference number if one has not already been issued by SARS.
Weekly wages
Monthly salaries
Electronic submissions of salary / wage payments.
Submission of statutory returns:
- PAYE monthly on or before 7th
- IRP5’s twice a year as required by SARS (August and February)
- IRP5 reconciliations
